Personal Experience & Biography
In my therapeutic approach, I lean heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients through the maze of their thoughts and emotions. My sessions are grounded in a philosophy of radical acceptance and a non-judgmental stance. I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are right now, without pretense or pressure.
My guiding principles are deeply influenced by my faith—love God and love people—and I aim to embody this in our work together, fostering an environment where you can explore, heal, and grow with confidence.
On a personal note, I'm a devoted Jesus lover (he’s my homeboy), a mom to two energetic tiny humans, and a wife of 11 years. My life outside of therapy revolves around farm life and the joys of horseback riding, kayaking, and savoring the tranquility of lake life. I'm also a fan of true crime podcasts and fantasy audiobooks, which help me unwind and connect with others who share similar interests.
I hope this blend of professional dedication and personal passion helps you feel like you’re working with someone who’s not only committed to your journey but also relatable and authentic.
